10pm downtown St. Louis, MO shot of the famous Gateway Arch casting shadows of itself (3 sets) onto the low lying clouds. I'm told this is not supposed to occur, since they are intended to turn off the lights under these conditions to avoid confusing migrating birds. So this is indeed a rare photo. This is not a photoshop job. It's really how it looked.
