Making customers feel better - a chiropractic case study

A chiropractor was remodeling her office & therefore was thinking about what to put on the new walls. She chose to use this photograph. To me it makes perfect sense. She's in the business of making her customers feel better & I do believe having this available for them to view while in her treatment room will help do just that in addition to her chiropractic care itself. A happy customer is a repeat customer. A happy customer gives referrals. A happy customer makes a happy provider. Not a bad idea for a dentist to install on his ceiling, eh?
